OMEGA Unveils A New Seamaster Regatta for the 37th America’s Cup
Featuring an LCD display function and a new multi-functional quartz chronograph movement.
OMEGA has prepared a commemorative Seamaster Regatta watch to celebrate the 37th America’s Cup, a prestigious sailing competition with a history that dates back to 1851.
Equipped and tailored for professional use at sea, the new timepiece arrives in a grade 5 titanium build that is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Delivering data at a glance, the dial is fitted with an LCD display function, alongside an inertial sensor unit and brightness sensor that ensures instant readability amid the challenging environment at sea.
Its 46.75 mm-wide case houses a moonphase indicator, a chronograph, a sailing logbook, a temperature gauge, an accelerometer, 3 alarms and a regatta race function — all powered by OMEGA’s own 5701 caliber, an all-new multi-functional quartz chronograph movement that’s geared with a thermo-compensated integrated circuit.
Resistant to up to 50 meters underwater, the watch’s caseback features “SEAMASTER REGATTA, “37th AMERICA’S CUP” and the competition’s logo as embossing.
This is accompanied by a blue rubber strap.
Priced at $7,400 USD, the Seamaster Regatta 37th America’s Cup Edition is available for inquiry via OMEGA’s website and boutiques.
