Aimé Leon Dore Goes Gorpy With First GORE-TEX Collaboration
The first installment includes a utilitarian shell jacket and double-knee shell pants.
Aimé Leon Dore? Try Aimé Leon GORE. The Queens-hailing luxury streetwear label has announced its first-ever collaboration with GORE-TEX, the leader in breathable, waterproof and windproof fabrics (and an integral component of the outdoorsy gorpcore style code). Hiking into the market, the Teddy Santis-led brand has teamed up with GORE-TEX to create two function-first silhouettes — the GORE-TEX Shell Jacket and the GORE-TEX Double Knee Shell Pant — for the Fall/Winter 2024 season.
Available in lime green and black tones, both silhouettes are constructed with GORE-TEX’s premium three-layer ePE membrane, capable of fending off nature’s harsher elements. The Shell Jacket boasts a clean facade with fully sealed seams, an adjustable hood, multiple utility pockets and both imprints’ lettering stitched onto either side of the chest. The Double Knee Shell Pant, meanwhile, matches the jacket with double reinforced knees, an adjustable waistband, adaptable cuffs and subtle branding on the upper thigh.
The first drop from the Aimé Leon Dore x GORE-TEX collaboration is now available to shop exclusively in Aimé Leon Dore stores and on the brand’s website. The Shell Jacket is listed for $595 USD, and the Double Knee Shell Pant is going for $395 USD. Take a look at both designs in the gallery above.
