Ferragamo Lights Up Florence With Elevated FW24 Collection
Featuring a campaign shot by Juergen Teller.
Ferragamo returns to its roots with a captivating Fall/Winter 2024 campaign set in Florence. Creative Director Maximilian Davis collaborates with renowned photographer, Juergen Teller to capture the brand’s latest offerings against the city’s historic backdrop. Teller’s distinctive style adds realism to the looks, painting a vivid picture of Florentine life infused with Ferragamo’s sophisticated aesthetic.
The campaign showcases key locations, including the Palazzo Spini Feroni and the sculpture-filled Loggia dei Lanzi, blending elegance with raw authenticity. Surprisingly, Peter Saville, designer of Ferragamo’s logo, joins the campaign as a model, highlighting the brand’s creative diversity.
Inspired by the Roaring 1920s, Davis reimagines the era’s emancipated styles for the 2020s. The collection features raised hems, fluid textiles and casual tailoring. Signature blanket capes conceal shining leather separates, lacquered organdie dresses and sculptural formalwear. While the collection predominantly features olive green, black and bordeaux hues, vibrant colors dominate the collection with cashmere and unlined leather pieces in eye-catching tones.
Footwear pays homage to Ferragamo’s archives, featuring reinvented Eva pumps, ballet shoes, square-tip loafers and more. The collection also boasts an array of leather accessories including tote bags, hug handbags and crossbody bags all in vibrant colors matching the collection’s palette.
The FW24 collection is now available on Ferragamo’s official website and boutiques with prices going between $430 USD to $12,000 USD.
