Marc Philipp Gemballa Announces MARSIEN Takeover
As the automaker’s 750hp off-road 911 build completes production and is officially sold out.
Marc Philipp Gemballa has officially launched its highly anticipated supercar, the MARSIEN, marking a significant milestone for the brand and the automotive world as a whole. The MARSIEN, a limited-edition model with only 40 units produced, has already sold out, attracting buyers from over sixteen countries.
Designed by French Porsche aficionado Alan Derosier, the MARSIEN is a testament to cutting-edge automotive technology and futuristic design. It is tailored for both on-road and off-road adventures, embodying Marc Philipp Gemballa’s vision of creating holistic, timeless masterpieces that transcend traditional tuning. The MARSIEN underwent extensive testing across diverse terrains, including the Nordschleife, the Arabian desert and the glaciers of Scandinavia. The development involved over 422 new individual components and countless engineering hours with industry-leading partners. This testing ensured the MARSIEN’s exceptional performance in extreme conditions, from the -20°C glaciers of Sölden, Austria, to the scorching 50°C deserts of the UAE.
A highlight of the MARSIEN is its bespoke double wishbone suspension system, developed by rally and GT suspension experts. This system features KW Automotive’s solid piston damper technology, providing an adjustable ride height for varied terrains. Additionally, the car includes an automatic tire pressure system and specially designed forged aluminum wheel sets for optimal performance on different surfaces.
Additional highlights include the vehicle’s full carbon fiber exterior, reducing its weight by 110 lbs compared to the standard Porsche 992 Turbo S. Owners can customize their vehicle with exposed carbon fiber elements, unique exterior paints and personalized interior features, ensuring each MARSIEN is a one-of-a-kind creation.
Powered by a six-cylinder boxer engine upgraded by RUF, the MARSIEN delivers over 750 hp and 685 lb-ft of torque. For those seeking even more power, an optional upgrade pushes the engine to 830 hp, alongside a custom titanium exhaust system by Akrapovič that enhances the car’s performance and sound experience.
Every MARSIEN is tailored to its owner’s specifications, from bespoke exterior colors to luxurious interiors with 24-carat gold accents. Despite having a price tag that starts at $583,000 USD, all 40 MARSIENs have been sold and are currently being delivered to their clients.
