Update: It’s been many months since we received confirmation that the “Gamma Blue” version of the Air Jordan 11 would be returning in 2025. Now, a first look at the pair has finally surfaced. While limited to one image, we can see that Jordan Brand has faithfully recreated many of its original details, including the all-black build that is accented by blue at the collar’s Jumpman logo and the outsole. Release remains expected to take place this December via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $230 USD.

Update: The new year is nearly upon us and we’re already receiving reports of releases due to drop next holiday season. One such launch is the rumored return of the Air Jordan 11 “Gamma Blue,” as described by zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files as being scheduled in place of the rumored “Black/Red/Grey” colorway that we discussed previously below. It’s expected to arrive in its original 2013 form, which includes a black upper accented by its signature bright blue hue at the Jumpman branding and semi-translucent outsole while “Varsity Maize” enlivens the heel and tongue branding. Release is currently expected to take place during December of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $230 USD. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the pair.

Original Story: We may have four more months to go in 2024, but we’ve already been informed of many key releases to look forward to next year, especially from Jordan Brand as it celebrates its 40th anniversary. Looking at the Air Jordan 11 in particular, our only lead prior to this week was word of the low-top “Bred” pair possibly dropping next year.

Now, the sneaker leakers over at zSneakerHeadz, Sneaker Files and Sneaker Market RO have shared yet another rumor report, indicating that a new “Black/Red/Grey” colorway of the Air Jordan 11 will be making its debut in 2025. The specific color blocking has not yet been identified yet and we only have a speculative mock-up that is featured above.

At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not announced the “Black/Red/Grey” colorway of the Air Jordan 11. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the pair to confirm its color blocking, as we currently expect it to drop in late 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $230 USD.
