JOURNAL STANDARD has released a Ghostbusters collection that combines the iconic 80s movie aesthetic with high-quality sweatshirts. The collection is designed to look vintage and worn in as if the wearer found a rare Ghostbusters sweatshirt from 1984.

The collection starts classic as the first black sweatshirt features the original and instantly recognizable Ghostbusters logo on the back paired with a quote from the movie “Are You A God? What Do You Want?” A slime variation of the logo follows as the no symbol goes from solid bright red to an oozing murky green. The Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man returns as he appears on a sweatshirt terrorizing the city accompanied by the words “Roast Him.”

A white variation of the classic logo sweatshirt flips the graphics so the logo is on the front with “What Do You Want” on the back also incorporating the logo. While the rest of the sweatshirts are black or white, the last sweatshirt in this collection introduces a teal colorway. It features the slime logo on the front but introduces another beloved villain from the movie on the back, Slimer, in all his gross glory.

The JOURNAL STANDARD x Ghostbusters collection is available to preorder now here with an expected delivery date of mid-September 2024. All products cost ¥15,180 JPY (approx. $100.89 USD).
