BTS’ V Releases Photobook ‘TYPE 1′
With 224 pages.
Even though BTS is not currently together due to its military obligations, the group is still staying busy with a range of new projects and endeavors. Now BTS’ V is demonstrating his love for photography with the release of his new photobook TYPE 1.
The 224-page book dives into the life of V, specifically showcasing tranquil moments across the world. The book offers a special, intimate look into the life of Kim Taehyung a.k.a. V before his military enlistment. Undoubtedly sentimental, the book was also crafted because V wanted to share these personal moments with BTS’ fandom, ARMY.
To reveal the book, BTS and V released a black-and-white poster that featured lyrics from the artist’s 2019 track “Scenery.” “I still wonder wonder beautiful story/Still wonder wonder best part/I still wander wander next story/I want to make you mine,” reads the song excerpt.”
To accompany the release, HYBE/Big Hit Music is set to host offline events showcasing parts from the photobook in Seoul, Bangkok, Taipei, Vancouver, LA and Tokyo through August.
