A remake of Sega‘s The House of the Dead 2 is reportedly coming to the Nintendo Switch soon.

As per ComicBook, the upcoming video game title has officially been rated by the ESRB — hinting that the remake’s release date is nearing. Nothing has been confirmed as of writing, however, leaving fans to wait for an official announcement from Nintendo.

The House of the Dead 2: Remake will follow the release of the first game’s remake in 2022, which was initially available on the Switch before making its way to PC, PlayStation and Xbox. The original game was released in 1998 as an arcade game, and was playable on the Sega Dreamcast the year after. It takes place in Italy and sees AMS agents James Taylor, Gary Stewart and G attempting to save Venice from a new zombie outbreak.
