The Raymond Weil Millesime Automatic Small Seconds Watch Is Now Available in Denim Blue
Powered by a customized RW4251 Sellita movement.
Independent watch brand Raymond Weil first unveiled the denim blue colorway for the Millesime model at this year’s Watches & Wonders in Geneva. From the range, this denim blue Millesime Automatic Small Seconds timepiece is the first to be released.
While several updated iterations were introduced, this reference is a direct sequel to the brand’s GPHG Challenge Prize-winning model. Boasting the same proportions as its preceding reference, the new timepiece emanates a retro mood with its soft, denim blue sector dial and is complemented by a navy blue calf leather strap.
Readability isn’t compromised as the dial is harmoniously imbued with contrasting details. The hour track boasts a smooth appearance, while the minute track features a snailed effect. The center of the dial is given a vertical-brush treatment and a neat recessed circlet is incorporated for the small seconds display for added visual depth.
Encased in stainless steel, the wristwatch comes with a 39.5mm case size. Its customized RW4251 Sellita self-winding movement ensures around 41 hours of continuous running time and is viewable through the watch’s sapphire open caseback.
Retailing for $1,995 USD, the Millesime Automatic Small Seconds Denim Blue is now available through Raymond Weil’s official website.
