Panerai Reveals a Limited-Edition Submersible Elux Lab-ID Reference
Geared with a 30-minute power light feature.
The latest addition to Panerai’s Submersible is the reference PAM01800, which also goes by the name of Submersible Elux LAB-ID — a concept timepiece spawned from 8 years of intensive R&D.
Touted by its makers as “a true masterpiece,” the reference is readily equipped with four patent technologies, including its case material, distinct crown-protector system as well as luminescent hands and indexes. Despite its large 49mm case size, the timepiece remains relatively lightweight thanks to its Ti-Ceramitech™ build.
Capable of withstanding up to 50 ATM of water resistance, the timepiece is also equipped with a 30-minute power light feature. It runs on the P.9010/EL caliber, which offers three days’ worth of power reserve. It’s accompanied by a ribbed rubber strap in a matching gray-blue hue as seen on the watch case and bezel.
A limited production of 150 examples, the Submersible Elux LAB-ID is priced at $96,300 USD and is currently open for inquiry through Panerai’s online and offline boutiques.
