Viewers are already eagerly anticipating the next movie to come from horror mastermind Jordan Peele. The director has now revealed that his fourth film will be released on October 23, 2026.

Peele shared a post to X with the date “10.23.26” with no additional context, though it’s heavily implied that’ll be the premiere for his next film given it’s over two years away – it’s also fittingly timed to the Halloween season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the date was marked on Universal Pictures’ calendar as the premiere of Peele’s next flick. The movie was reportedly initially slated to arrive on December 25, 2024, but that date was pushed due to the SAG-AFTRA strikes.

Peele burst onto the scene in 2017 with the critically acclaimed Get Out. He followed with Us in 2019. In 2022, the director reunited with Get Out star Daniel Kaluuya for Nope.

In addition to directing, Peele has been busy writing and producing through his banner Monkeypaw Productions. He served as a producer on Dev Patel’s recent directorial debut Monkey Man and is reported to be producing a psychological horror directed by Justin Tipping titled Him.

Stay tuned for future updates on Jordan Peele’s next film.
