Amazon Echo Frames, Luxury Stores at Amazon, and HBX Archives join forces to host an event highlighting the future of eyewear with Echo Frames and the street style collaboration with Carrera Smart Glasses with Alexa. From June 28 to July 2, the HBX space at 41 Division Street in New York will transform into a vibrant hub where fashion and technology meet. The five-day event features an immersive gallery-style exhibition and a lively community buy/sell/trade experience, offering attendees a chance to explore some of the world’s rarest fashion pieces and innovative wearable tech.

The event kicks off with an exclusive preview on June 28. The private gathering offers an early glimpse of the featured fashion pieces and an opportunity to experience Echo Frames, with guests enjoying curated refreshments in a stylish setting. Then, from June 29 to July 2, the retail experience will be open to the public. Visitors can delve into a curated collection of rare “grail” items and demo Echo Frames and Carrera Smart Glasses with Alexa, showcasing the collaboration between Luxury Stores at Amazon and HBX Archives.

For the immersive gallery, Hypebeast will present three displays featuring Echo Frames paired with a mix of new and preloved garments and accessories, exclusively curated by HBX Archives and available for purchase in Luxury Stores at Amazon. These displays will illustrate the synergy between Echo Frames and fashion, emphasizing themes of collaboration, craftsmanship, and technology.

Echo Frames and Carrera Smart Glasses with Alexa are the future of eyewear, integrating Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant technology with high-end fashion eyewear. These glasses allow users to listen to music, make calls, receive notifications, and control smart home devices hands-free. In partnership with the premium eyewear brand Carrera, Amazon also offers two new styles of Carrera Smart Glasses with Alexa. This all-new collaboration brings together the iconic stylings of the legendary Carrera brand with cutting-edge open-ear audio technology and Alexa. Sprinter is one of Carrera’s best-selling sport-inspired styles which comes in sun and blue light filtering lenses and Cruiser is Carrera’s iconic silhouette with a full-rim pilot profile featuring the iconic Carrera ‘C’, available in sun lenses. Echo Frames come in sunglasses and blue light filtering, and can be fitted with prescription lenses, blending functionality with convenience.

Additionally, the event features a community-driven swap meet, encouraging guests to bring their valuable fashion items for evaluation and potential trade or sale. This interactive component fosters community engagement and dialogue among fashion enthusiasts. With live DJ performances and a community driven focus, the activation promises to be an unmissable event for fans of fashion and technology.
