Veeze has unleashed his first studio single of 2024. After cementing his spot on the scene with 2023’s acclaimed album Ganger – as well as its impressive follow-up deluxe iteration – the Detroit rapper goes just as hard on the aptly named “Pop Yo Sh*t.”

“Pop Yo Sh*t” arrives as Veeze’s first new offering of 2024; he previously unveiled “WORST” back in January, though the track has yet to properly surface on most streaming platforms.

The two-and-a-half minute cut finds the rapper in his zone, muttering bars in his captivatingly monotonous tone. Veeze’s lyricism does most of the legwork, as he refuses to break his flow over the track’s eclectic beat, infused with bells and offbeat percussion.

“Young n***a talk your sh*t / Young n***a pop your sh*t,” he opens up before delving into the depths of his delivery.

As for the music video, Veeze hit the streets of London to tackle that part. Interspersed with infrared on-screen effects and, like his lyricism, witty references and visuals, check out the full music video in the gallery above.

Stream “Pop Yo Sh*t” on Spotify and Apple Music now, and stay tuned to Hypebeast for the latest on Veeze’s new music – as more seems to be in the pipeline…
