NewJeans' Haerin Stars in Dior's Denim Oblique Jacquard Campaign
The 16-year-old starlet represents the French fashion house alongside other K-pop artists, like Blackpink’s Jisoo and BTS’ Jimin.
NewJeans member Haerin is among Dior’s freshest faces, and she’s just taken centerstage in a new campaign for the French luxury house.
Here, the artist models the Denim Dior Oblique jacquard, Maria Grazia Chiuri’s signature faded denim treatment that plants Dior’s emblems on Saddle bags, Book Totes, the Toujours and the East-West model in the brand’s 30 Montaigne line. On the partnership, Dior said, “This is an opportunity to celebrate the privileged ties binding more than ever the New Jeans singer and Dior. Between elegance and audacity, a unique friendship in the name of creativity.”

Haerin is only the latest K-pop star to join Dior’s esteemed ambassador list, following the likes of Blackpink’s Jisoo, Exo’s Sehun, Astro’s Cha Eunwoo and BTS’ Jimin. In their respective roles, the artists represent the luxury label at key events and in promotional imagery across its fashion, beauty, and jewelry lines.
The rest of the NewJeans squad has strong ties to the luxury fashion space, too. Outside of Haerin’s Dior ambassadorship, Danielle has signed on to Burberry, Celine and YSL Beauty; Hanni has inked deals with Gucci and Armani Beauty; Minji has ties to Chanel, and Hyein is a face of Louis Vuitton. Together, the group has done several fashion collaborations and campaigns, including their most recent Nike Air Max shoot and their upcoming collection with Hiroshi Fujiwara.
