New Balance 1000 Surfaces in “Angora Moonrock”
Set to release in late summer.
After receiving a first look at the Aimé Leon Dore-collaborated New Balance 1000, another retro-looking and subtly-accented “Angora Moonrock” colorway has been revealed.
Doused in a muted hue, the sneakers evoke a vintage mood while playful touches of pastel blue, mint green and pink are weaved into varying parts of the shoe. While specifications for the sneaker have not been shared, it appears that “Angora Moonrock” comes in a similar build to its preceding New Balance 1000 models.
White and gray make up the majority of the silhouette’s upper, while the light blue hue lights up the heel counter and tongue branding. Mint green is used to accentuate the outlines of the “N” logo that has been appiquéd onto the sides and the eyelet loops. Whereas, pink is integrated into the midsole, adding a playful touch to the off-white color.
The New Balance 1000 “Angora Moonrock” is expected to drop late summer through the brand and is expected to retail for $150 USD.
