With A24‘s new album compilation Everyone’s Getting Involved: A Tribute to Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense officially out, fans can finally get a chance to listen to Miley Cyrus‘ official cover of “Psycho Killer” by Talking Heads.
A video of Cyrus covering the song first surfaced in March when a clip of her singing the song at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont went viral. Fans were caught by surprise as it gained more popularity following her performance and wins at the 2024 Grammy Awards. Her cover is now the first track on the ew album, which also features a wide range of bands and artists paying tribute to the band. Other covers include Paramore’s “Burning Down the House” as well as Lorde‘s “Take Me to the River,” Teezo Touchdown‘s “Making Flippy Floppy, Girl in Red’s “Girlfriend Is Better” and many more.
