MAGIC STICK, a Tokyo-based fashion brand, has launched its Spring/Summer 2024 collection, dubbed “THE CORE,” emphasizing a range of essential streetwear pieces. Inspired by the minimalistic and utilitarian aspects of US military uniforms, the collection features essential items rendered in a subdued “Urban Grey” colorway. This palette, which mimics the hues of asphalt, reflective glass, steel, and broken concrete, aims to blend seamlessly into any wardrobe, underscoring the brand’s commitment to crafting versatile, high-quality staples.

The collection includes a range of meticulously designed pieces, notable for their emphasis on silhouette and comfort. Key items include a relaxed-fit short-sleeved sweatshirt made from silky, organic cotton sourced from India, balloon silhouette trousers that provide versatile styling options, and an oversized open shirt styled with 1950s-inspired front pockets crafted from a linen-like, UV-cut fabric that suits all seasons.

The capsule includes an array of carefully designed items such as the Box Tee, Tank Top, Bowling Shirt, Training Shorts, Half Sleeve Crew Neck, Wide Tapered Trousers, and Jogger Pants. Each piece showcases subtle yet impactful details like pleating and functional chest pockets, balancing practicality with the understated cool that MAGIC STICK is known for. This approach ensures that every item serves as a fundamental building block for a sophisticated streetwear ensemble.

Currently available for purchase, the ‘THE CORE’ capsule can be explored and acquired exclusively online.
