Erewhon and Sushi Club to Launch Curated Bento Box by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa
The limited edition collab is packaged with an eco-friendly and reusable bento box.

Erewhon and Sushi Club are teaming up for an exclusive bento box exclusively curated by world-renowned chef, Nobu Matsuhisa.
Highlighting Chef Matsuhisa’s most popular dish, the limited edition bento box includes his signature black miso cod paired with a unique sushi roll in two options: the Matsuhisa Signature roll and the vegetable roll, which were created specifically for this collaboration. The packaging itself is an eco-friendly and reusable bento box crafted from recycled plastic materials, and includes a bamboo lid with the Erewhon Sushi Club logo. The 75-year-old chef’s iconic recipes are prepared with the natural and organic grocer’s quality ingredients and packaged as a take-home dining experience, and is billed as “a testament to both Sushi Club and Erewhon’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality experiences to their customers.”
Sushi Club is also celebrating the collaboration with an exclusive Erewhon Sushi Club hat that will release alongside the bento box at Erewhon locations. Rounding out the launch is a new “nori-green” colorway capsule from Beverly Hills Sushi Club, which will include a hoodie, two logo T-shirts and three collectible Sushi Club hats.
Each Erewhon location will release 50 bento boxes each between May 31 at 11:30 a.m. PST and June 2, with Erewhon Members receiving access to an a presale link ahead of the launch. Meanwhile, the Beverly Hills Sushi Club capsule is also set to release on May 31 at Stampd La Brea and via the online webstore.
