PJ Tucker Unveils Another Nike Book 1 PE "Texas vs Kentucky"
The NBA sneaker king expands his roster.
PJ Tucker continues to cement himself as the undisputed sneaker king of the NBA. Shortly after showing off his PEs for former teammate Devin Booker‘s first signature shoe, Tucker as unveiled yet another pair of Nike Book 1s. His initial PEs see him rock an all-red pair of the signature shoe, “Chapter 0”. In another game, Tucker sported the Nike Book 1 PEs in the “Texas vs. Kentucky” colorway — seemingly paying an homage to the Texas Longhorns and the Kentucky Wildcats.
The left shoe is constructed entirely out of orange premium leather, accented with blue detailing for the “Book” branding on the tongues and the outline of the Swoosh. Opposite colors hit the right shoe, which is entirely constructed out of royal blue leather for the upper and matching soles with orange punctuating the branding. The insoles note that the shoe is a “Player Exclusive One of One” on the right and on the left, “Nike I Limited Edition.” Lastly, “06/15” on the heel tab shows that it is likely the sixth pair of 15 made. Booker reposted the shoe to his Story but he has not worn them just yet. It remains to be seen if this will be a general release colorway down the line.
