Kenny Mason Shares Tracklist for Upcoming Album ‘9’
Taking the album on a US tour later this month.
Kenny Mason has continued to generate excitement for his upcoming album, 9, slated to arrive on Thursday, March 14.
The follow up to last year’s 3 and 6 EPs, 9 is a full-length project, designed to complete the trio. 3 and 6 contained three and six tracks, respectively, and the 9 album fittingly comprises nine tracks in total, as revealed by Mason on social media.
In addition to the previously released “JUMPIN IN” and “US,” 9 also includes songs entitled “FEEL IT,” “CHOSEN” and “LUMINOUS.”
Mason has brought on a few guest collaborators for the effort. Toro y Moi will feature on a track called “SLIP,” while Baby Drill drops bars on “EASY DUB” and Veeze turns up on “FOR MY.”
To celebrate finishing the musical trio, Mason will be embarking on the Route 9 Tour, kicking off in St. Paul, Minnesota, on March 22, joined by supporting artist skaiwater. Running until early May, the tour will stop in major cities across the US, including Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago and more.
