With Spring on the horizon, a collection of brands are already presenting new footwear designs that can be stepped in until the summer. The likes of Nike, Jordan Brand, New Balance, ASICS and more are all readying sneakers for the turn of the season, but before we outline what drops are coming over the next seven days, let’s jump into what’s dominated the headlines over the past week.
Kicking things off on the feature front, the Hypebeast team gave a full on-foot recap of New Balance’s Sounds of an Icon series, while Japanese streetwear icon, Hiroshi Fujiwara, spoke with the team about his new collaboration with Cole Haan.
Moving onto the traditional news, Hypebeast readers got a first look at the Nike LeBron 21 “Cool Grey,” while official images of the Air Jordan 4 “Fear” also surfaced. Additionally, Nike offered a first glimpse at 2025’s Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Olive” and the Swoosh also added a floral heel pin to the Nike Dunk Low.
Moving away from Nike, New Balance offered a first look at the 991v2 “Silver Blue” and Clarks Originals and Engineered Garments also created the Desert Khan EG. Rounding things out, ASICS and Wood Wood collaborated on the Understand GT-2160 and Suicoke presented its new Spring/Summer 2024 collection to keep people talking.
