Streetwear imprint Patta has brought Marshall‘s rock ‘n’ roll ethos to life in a collaborative iteration of the legacy British audio equipment manufacturer’s Emberton II speaker. Bonded by a shared love of music, Patta drew from Caribbean Soundsystem culture to curate a vibrant version of the signature Marshall offering.

The speaker is dipped in bright orange along the outside, with a multicolored grille. OSB wood print encloses the speaker on one side, polished off with a gold Patta emblem.

“We’re stoked to be the first brand to collaborate on a portable speaker design with Marshall. Patta has strong ties to sound system culture and music communities at large. Like many of our collaborations, we touch on various aspects beyond just the product, exploring multiple pillars of the project,” Patta’s co-founder Guillaume Schmidt conveyed in a statement.

As for some key tech features: True Stereophonic ensures an immersive, multidirectional listening experience and the speaker comes equipped with Bluetooth 5.1 technology. Take a closer look in the gallery below.

“The fundamental belief that music has the power to unite and uplift people, is what brought us together in the first place,” Marshall CEO Jeremy de Maillard explained of the origins of the partnership, which kicked off back in 2022. The speaker marks the first product collaboration to come from the duo.

“Patta’s commitment to uplifting underrepresented voices is truly inspiring, and it resonates with both Marshall’s values and legacy. Together, we want to create meaningful products and experiences that will empower the communities we care deeply about.”

The Marshall x Patta Emberton II runs for $190 USD and is available now on both Marshall and Patta’s webstores.
