Is A New Futura x Supreme Collaboration On the Way?
Rumors of an SS24 apparel collection that includes a box logo tee and more have begun to swirl.

Futura and Supreme’s collaborative relationship goes back almost two decades — the two first worked together in 2006, teaming up with UNDERCOVER to create a unique T-shirt for Hong Kong graffiti exhibit Silly Thing and have joined forces four times since then, with special releases in 2007, 2011, 2020 and 2022. Now, it looks as if they may be joining forces yet again in 2024. According to the reputable Supreme leak account Drops By Jay, the artist and the brand will release a small capsule of apparel that includes a box logo T-shirt as part of Supreme’s forthcoming SS24 collection.
Though no photos of the apparel have surfaced yet, the box logo tee may be a reproduction of the black/white and white/black box logo tees Futura created for the brand back in 2007, both of which are shown in the graphic above, or, possibly, the same design in a fresh colorway. Supreme is undoubtedly no stranger to reissuing some of its iconic box logo designs, ranging from a hoodie version of its infamous first-anniversary camo box logo crewneck from 1995 (modeled by NIGO, nonetheless) as part of its FW23 collection, or reviving the KAWS-designed “Chalk” box logo tee from 2002 in both 2011 and 2021.
Stay tuned for more information on this release as it’s made available — likely when Supreme reveals its SS24 collection in the coming weeks.
