Oris’ Newest ProPilot X Timepiece Pays Tribute to the Year of the Snake

As Oris‘ 120th anniversary year celebrations come to a close, the watch brand unveils a new timepiece that looks forward to the near future. Symbolizing fresh beginnings, the ProPilot X Year of the Snake Limited Edition coincides with the Lunar New Year in late January 2025.
Inspired by the Chinese zodiac animal, the timepiece embodies the spirit and colorways associated with the snake. Its skeletonized dial has a vivid cyan hue, creating an energizing synergy with its brushed 44mm titanium case and bracelet.
Inside this special-edition time-teller runs Oris’ in-house 115 caliber, which boasts a 10-day power reserve and a patented non-linear power reserve indicator. This is highlighted by a golden hand that’s shaped like a snake’s tongue. The caseback is engraved with special markings signifying the Year of the Snake.
Limited to 88 pieces, the ProPilot X Year of the Snake Limited Edition will be available to shop through Oris with a retail price of 8,200 CHF (approx. $9,151 USD).
