Hot Wheels and Aston Martin Roll Out "High-Speed Edition" DB4GT
In the usual 1:64 die-cast format.
Hot Wheels and Aston Martin have partnered to unveil an exclusive new take on the iconic Aston Martin DB4GT: the “High-Speed Edition,” a 1:64 scale die-cast designed to capture the spirit of land speed racing.
Crafted by Aston Martin’s Miles Nurnberger and Thomas Gilbert, alongside Hot Wheels’ Craig Callum, the model retains the timeless draw of the DB4GT while integrating design elements inspired by historic land speed racers. The transformation includes an aggressive front splitter, chopped roof, extended body and custom wheels. The racing livery pays homage to iconic land speed vehicles, grounding this miniature in motorsports tradition.
“We wanted to take a classic Aston Martin and reimagine it with a Hot Wheels twist,” said Craig Callum, Design Manager at Hot Wheels. The collaboration plays off the “Bonneville” theme, echoing the DB4GT’s past at the Bonneville Salt Flats in the 1960s, where it was driven in speed trials.
Hot Wheels and Aston Martin’s DB4GT “High-Speed Edition” is available for purchase now at select retailers across the U.S.
