Oakley and Bodega have teamed up to dream up new shades designed for versatile use across the slopes and the streets.

The Latch Panel Brass sunglasses borrow from Oakley’s visual lexicon with its classic shield silhouette, tapered upward for a sleek alienesque vibe. Oakley’s Prizm lenses are offered in an icy iridescent finish, engineered to protect wearers from the glaring reflection of the winter rays. The shades are cobranded with Oakley’s O symbol at the bridge and Bodega’s retrofuturistic wordmark placed diagonally along the solid stripe tracing the lenses

In addition to the proprietary performance lenses designed to enhance color and contrast, removable side shields are built to block glare and a latch mechanism allows users to easily clip the pair onto their winter gear for secure storage.  The pair comes with an eyewear leash attachable to the end of the frames and Unobtainium® nose pads and ear socks to provide extra grip in wet conditions.

The Bodega x Oakley Latch Panel Brass glasses are set for release on Friday, December 6th at 12pm EST online and at Bodega’s Boston and Los Angeles locations on a first come, first served basis.
