Adding a twist to The North Face’s classic Trans Antarctica jacket.
eYe Junya Watanabe MAN and The North Face are back with their latest collaborative Fall/Winter 2024 collection.
The season’s lineup highlights The North Face’s classic Trans Antarctica jacket, which was originally designed after the clothing worn by the Antarctic Crossing Team. This updated version sees the jacket switch out its traditional fleece build for thick navy wool melton fabric, while the tartan check lining delivers a unique eYe Junya Watanabe MAN detail that alters the outdoor jacket into a more traditional one.
Its long neck design offers extra warmth while additional detailing can be spotted on the left chest pocket and under-arm ventilation. Rounding out the jackets are branding on the chest and back of the neck for a subtle finish.
The eYe Junya Watanabe MAN x The North Face Wool Melton Jacket is set to release on October 18 for ¥165,000 JPY (approximately $1,100 USD), and will be available eYe Junya Watanabe MAN in Japan and ZOZO VILLA JUNYA WATANABE MAN.
