Pizza Hut Japan Introduces "Ramen Pizza"
Following its Too Much Coriander Pizza and Weiner Coffee Pizza.
Adding to the interesting food creations coming out of Japan, Pizza Hut Japan has now introduced “Ramen Pizza.” The unique hybrid food option is officially named the “Kotteri-fuu Ramen Pizza” and is available for a limited time only.
The Kotteri-fuu Ramen Pizza is a collaboration with ramen chain Tenka Ippin and references its thick and rich kotteri broth. Following its Too Much Coriander Pizza and Weiner Coffee Pizza, the pizza is the third installment in Pizza Hut Japan’s 50th anniversary TikTok initiative based around its slogan, “Always more than you can imagine.”
Pizza Hut Japan’s Kotteri-fuu Ramen Pizza features crispy dough and noodles paired with familiar toppings like chashu pork and green onions. Tenka Ippin’s beloved made with chicken bones and a plethora of vegetables has also been reimagined as a sauce that faithfully recreates the taste of a bowl of ramen.
Priced at ¥1,980 JPY (approximately $13 USD) for pick-up and ¥2,230 JPY (approximately $15 USD) for delivery, the Kotteri-fuu Ramen Pizza will be available at Pizza Hut Japan locations until February 12.
