Watch the Eerie Trailer for Jang Jae-hyun's Mystery Thriller 'Exhuma'
Starring ‘Oldboy’ actor Choi Min-sik, Kim Go-eun, Yoo Hai-jin and Lee Do-hyun.
The trailer for Jang Jae-hyun’s upcoming film Exhuma is here, promising a heart-thumping mystery thriller.
Set to hit Korean theaters in February, Exhuma follows the story of a wealthy Los Angeles-based family who are desperate to save their baby after experiencing a series of paranormal events. They enlist two young shamans who believe that the dark shadow of an ancestor has attached itself to the family, known as a “Grave’s Calling.” In order to relieve the shadow, they team up with a geomancer and a mortician to exhume the ancestor’s grave in a remote Korean village. When the exhumation takes place, however, they also “[unleash] a malevolent force buried beneath.”
The film stars Oldboy staple and veteran Korean actor Choi Min-sik as the geomancer, as well as Kim Go-eun, Yoo Hai-jin and Lee Do-hyun.
