Zaha Hadid Architects' W Macau Hotel Travels Into the Future
Expanding its takeover of the Cotai Strip.

Zaha Hadid Architects has revealed its latest project, opening a new space inside the Studio City Resort in Macau, China. The W Macau is one of two hotels set to open its doors in the Hollywood-inspired development in 2024.
The ultra-futuristic hotel boasts an otherworldly feel taken from the year 3000 with striking angles and geometrical accents. The exterior is made from perforated bronze materials, allowing for an influx of air circulation. The W Macau Hotel will welcome thousands of guests yearly, featuring 557 hotel rooms and suites across 40 extensive floors.
Guests can enjoy a slew of amenities while relaxing under the Chinese sun, tasting local dishes at in-house cafès and restaurants. Several pools, a spa, a recording studio, and a gym are available for all-day use.
