Following the official reveal of the Nike LeBron 21, the shoe received its first colorway in “Akoya”. Now, soon after, another hue has surfaced, seeing LeBron James‘ next signature shoe arrive in a “Pearlescent Orange.” Since the “Akoya” is slated to be this silhouette’s debut colorway, the next vibrant orange one is likely to come later in the year.

The “Pearlescent Orange” is said to be a personal tribute from LeBron to his daughter Zhuri. Rooted in the nature of pearls, the shoe symbolizes the LeBron as Zhuri’s nurturer, much like that of a shell of a pearl which safeguards the precious itneriors. The shoe is dressed in an all-orange upper in premium patent leather that matches the hues of the tongue, inner lining, laces and midsole. A darker tone highlights the heel and outlines the Swoosh. The striking sherbert orange is vibrant, sure to turn heads on the court. The “Campfire Orange” Swoosh overlays are accented while brand markings add another visual layer to the design. The heel’s 3D embroidery makes the shoe unique, giving an added depth to the shoe’s aesthetic.

Look out for the Nike LeBron 21 “Pearlescent Orange” coming soon later this year at select retailers and online at Nike.
