New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio Is Back With a Comfy FW23 Collection
Featuring genderless silhouettes with year-round appeal.

Founded in 2018, New Balance‘s Tokyo Design Studio effortlessly blends classic American staples with Japan’s expertise in craftsmanship to create timeless pieces with year-round appeal. Following a pared down collection in March, the studio returns with a comfy set of goods for Fall/Winter 2023.
The collection is anchored by genderless silhouettes well-suited for a range of body types and aesthetic styles. Standouts include the sweat series, made of a fast-drying and highly durable Cordura heavy fleece, as well as a flame-retardant jacket and complementing pant.
Apart from branded tees, raglans and a fleece hat, the FW23 collection also includes a new colorway of New Balance’s MTMORNGA runner. The navy upper is made of a mixture of plant-based and recycled materials, including tonal accents and a punchy yellow hue at the branding and alternate laces, as well as a Vibram MEGAGRIP outsole.
Tokyo Design Studio’s FW23 collection is available to purchase online and select Japanese retailers. Please see the list below for more information.
