Scott Pilgrim Schemes To Meet Ramona Flowers in New Clip for 'Scott Pilgrim Takes Off'
The anime series premieres this November on Netflix.
Netflix has debuted a new clip for its upcoming anime series, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
The two-minute teaser shows Michael Cera’s Scott Pilgrim asking Aubrey Plaza’s Julie about the mysterious Ramona Flowers. Julie gives him some information about Ramona, including her job as Netflix DVD delivery girl, but warns Scott to stay away from her. He doesn’t heed her warning, naturally, and goes back home to his roommate Wallace (voiced by Kieran Culkin) and orders a DVD from Netflix. Scott patiently sits in front of the door and anticipates the DVD’s arrival, and after waiting for literally days, the doorbell rings and he’s greeted by none other than Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s Ramona.
The forthcoming series will see the cast of the beloved 2010 live action film reprising their roles, including Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Brie Larson, Mae Whitman, Johnny Simmons, Ellen Wong, Jason Schwartzman, Satya Bhabha, Alison Pill, Brandon Routh and Mark Webber.

Elsewhere in entertainment, Chevy Chase further opened up about his departure from Community and stated that the show “wasn’t funny enough” for him.
