Beats is teaming up with Nigera-born, London-based fashion designer Mowalola for a new pair of over-ear headphones.

The collaboration is centered on Mowalola’s impact on the city’s nightlife scene and club culture. For her take on the Beats Solo3 Wireless, she chose a bright silver colorway, unexpectedly adorned with scratch marks.

The brand name is subtly etched at the top of the band, while the exterior of each ear features the distinct red Beats logo. The interior of the headphones and ear cups come lined with plush white leather.

For a campaign celebrating the launch of the Solo3, Mowalola tapped one of her frequent collaborators, JT of the hip-hop duo City Girls.

Just late last week, Mowalola showcased Spring/Summer 2024 looks during London Fashion Week with a collection inspired by David Cronenberg’s 1995 thriller movie, Crash.

Priced at $199 USD, Mowalola’s Beats Solo3 Wireless will launch in the US, UK and Canada on Thursday, September 21.
