In4mation, the Hawaii-based surf and skate brand, celebrating its 20th anniversary, has teamed up with G-SHOCK, which is coincidentally celebrating its 40th anniversary, to release a reimagined take on the iconic DW-5600 watch — dubbed the “Mosh Pit” or DW5600IN4M234.

Design elements of this example feature a mix and match from three of the most significant collaborations the two brands have had over the years, namely the Sea Foam, Salmon and Purple Rain collabs, all represented in a vibrant mash-up.

One notable quirk of the DW5600IN4M234 is its backlit “Hi” symbol, something that has become a calling card for In4mation over the years. Other co-branded elements include the brand’s logo at the back of the watch’s case, on the band and featured on the display frame.

Standard features of the watch include 200-meter water resistance, shock resistance, a multifunctional alarm, stopwatch functions, timer functions and 12 or 24 time-keeping settings.

The In4mation x G-SHOCK “Mosh Pit” is set to release via the brand’s official site on September 1 at 8:00 am HST, with the price of the watch yet to be shared at the time of writing.

Elsewhere in watches, Bulgari reimagines its icons for Geneva Watch Days.
