Jaeger-LeCoultre Offers the Polaris Chronograph in Two New Dial Colors
Available to shop now.
After reviving the Polaris model in 2018, Jaeger-LeCoultre now reimagines the sporty-chic timepiece with the release of two new Polaris Chronograph watches.
Spanning a deep blue and a warm gray variant, two different lacquered color dials are offered. The deep blue tone embodies a sophisticated and graceful mood, meanwhile, the newly introduced warm gray evokes a sporty appeal.
Cased in steel, the chronographs each feature a 42mm case size and measure 13.4mm in thickness. Featuring a timeless design, the watch is outfitted with a mix of brushed and polished finishes, taut lines, a thin bezel, and sharp yet curving lugs. The large crown is a deliberate design choice that nods to the retro Polaris model from the ‘60s.
The timepiece runs on the Maison’s own 761 caliber and is geared with a water resistance of 10 bars, as well as up to 65 hours of running time. The automatic movement also powers the chronograph for all its essential timekeeping functions, plus an additional 30-minute counter, central seconds indication, and a tachymeter.
The Polaris Chronograph is now available for $14,300 USD via Jaeger-LeCoultre’s official webstore.
