Elon Musk Insists Cage Match With Mark Zuckerberg Is Still Happening

After Mark Zuckerberg took to Threads to announce that “it’s time to move on” about the cage fight with Elon Musk because of the Tesla CEO’s lack of commitment, Musk is insisting it is not over just yet.

Musk took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to share that he will be making the fight happen and that the “adventure” will be livestreamed. Taking to the social media platform, Musk wrote, “For the Tesla FSD test drive in Palo Alto tonight, I will ask the car to drive to @finkd’s house.” While promoting Tesla’s full self-driving function and tagging Zuck’s X profile, he hopes that the Meta founder will open the door and accept the challenge. “Will also test latest X livestream video, so you can monitor our adventure in real-time! If we get lucky and Zuck my 👅 actually answers the door, the fight is on!” He also posts another message seemingly mocking Zuckerberg, “(Zuck thread coming soon about how he would of course love to fight anytime, but blah blah UFC something something).”

Zuckerberg appeared to have call off the initial fight because he thought that Musk was not serious. He did say that he will be focusing “on competing with people who take the sport seriously.” It remains to be seen if Zuckerberg will respond publicly.
