Vetements and New Rock Collaborate for "Silver" Platform Sneaker
Marking a third time the brands have collaborated on the silhouette.
Vetements teams up with New Rock yet again, for a new rendition of its iconic low-top platform sneaker, this time in a “silver” colorway.
The shoes feature gunmetal leather, signature logo-engraved hardware throughout, steel-capped toes, lace-up closures, padded tongues and collars, rubberized pull tabs, and side perforation for breathability.
Other details include buffed leather lining, texturized rubber platform midsoles and treaded rubber outsoles, to create a bold yet comparatively understated look.
While the latest collaboration on the three-inch platform heels is slightly more excited than its past black leather releases, they are not quite as loud and in your face as the “Million Dollar” colorway released during the FW 2022 season.
At the time of writing, low stock of the Vetements x New Rock low-top platform sneakers in silver are available at select secondary retailers like H. Lorenzo and MYTHERESA between the prices of $1,350 USD to $1,810 USD.
Having been in the shoemaking tradition since 1929, New Rock lends its expertise to this latest edition, creating a fun, gender-neutral silhouette that would make an exciting addition to anyone’s rotation.
