It's "100% Pure Moschino" for Spring 2024

Despite Jeremy Scott no longer leading the House, the brand continues to put playful fashion at the fore.

Jeremy Scott may no longer be with the iconic Italian House, but that doesn’t mean that this Spring 2024 collection isn’t “100% Pure Moschino.”

It’s quite the opposite: the House’s internal team has clambered together to present a lookbook divulging the latest and greatest garments ahead of its next show, which will come to Milan Fashion Week in September. This presentation will not be designed by a full-time Creative Director, but will instead source creative insight from stylists Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, Katie Grand, and Lucia Liu, all with the aim of celebrating the brand’s 40th birthday.

But before the big moment is Spring 2024. It’s quintessential Moschino, playful and wearable at the same time. For example, suits channel Beatlejuice but don’t veer towards costume, extravagant ’90s silk brocades are used for panelling a workwear shirt that tones things back down in its muted hue, and the Y2K factor is amped up with a black nylon gillet padded with gold-toned Moschino branding and zippers.

The mishmash unfolds into outfits made from leather biker jackets and hot pants, and on the contrary, a sequin LBD reading “IN <3 WE TRUST.” Truly, Spring 2024 is a little bit of everything, but if there’s one takeaway, it is to have fun with what you wear. Even its most mundane suiting is joyous, delivered in tan double-breasted goodness that’s oversized to the nth degree.

Take a look at Moschino’s Spring 2024 collection in the lookbook above.
