Heineken Links Up With Singapore Creatives To Celebrate Its 150th Anniversary
In the spirit of “Good Times.”
For its 150th anniversary, Heineken is gearing up for a two-day-long celebration combining culture, creativity, and music, all due to take place between July 28 – 29 in Singapore. The brand has partnered up with The Salvages to ready a special “He150ken®|The Salvages” limited T-Shirt collaboration. On top of that, Heineken has collaborated with local creatives to unveil a series of limited-edition design bottles for the event.
Retailing for $75 USD per piece, the limited-edition T-shirt collection comprises three different designs. Gracing the front of the white T-shirt is a red graphic print featuring illustrated Heineken caps, serving as a tribute to the beverage brand’s classic posters. On one of the black T-shirts stars a photo collage imprint that encapsulates the spirit of “Good Times.” Both arrive in a reconstructed silhouette, complete with a deconstructed logo at the back of the shirt. Meanwhile, the remaining black T-shirt comes with a Bauhaus-style graphic emblazoned on the back, while a small logo adorns the front. Currently available via The Salvages’ website, each T-shirt is compressed and packaged inside a limited-edition can, designed to emulate Heineken’s iconic beer can.
Working with local creatives in Singapore, Heineken will also be releasing four limited-edition bottle designs in collaboration with the Glocals. Each independent design features a unique imprint created by a different member of the Glocals to express their main sources of inspirations. The list of collaborating creators includes NPLUSC creative director, Nicole Wong; beatboxer Dharni; Nicolette, co-founder of The Salvages, as well as the creative studio, Tell Your Children. These limited-edition bottles will be available as prizes across popular drinking spots during the two-day event.
