Brain Dead first debuted eyewear under the moniker “Post Modern Primitive Eye Protection” in 2019, and has continued to innovate with new retrofuturistic silhouettes lending from its core influences of punk, comics, and skateboarding.

Returning for SS23 Drop 2 are its classic Tani, Elia, and Staunton sunglasses found in both marbled and clear cellulose acetate frames which are both sustainably sourced and bio-degradable. Various lenses offer 100% UV protection, stainless steel cores provide strength and flexibility, and final touches include sturdy zinc-free barrel hinges. Each pair of sunglasses are presented in a custom Brain Dead case with a cleaning cloth included.

Brain Dead’s “Post Modern Primitive Eye Collection” Drop 2 is set to release on June 13 at 10 a.m. PST (1 p.m. EST) via the brand’s website, shops, and select retailers worldwide.
