NEEDLES and UNION Release SS23 Miles Suit and Cabana Shirt
Inspired by Miles Davis and Don Letts.
NEEDLES and UNION have reunited for the SS23 season with a new Miles Suit and Cabana Shirt.
Inspired by Black musicians like Miles Davis and Don Letts, the latest offering in NEEDLES’ exclusive series fuses the entities’ signature styles. Leading the charge is the Miles Jacket and accompanying Miles Trouser which appear in a sage green hue – inspired by one of Davis’ suits. The pieces come in a twill jersey fabric blended with polyester and cotton. Additional details of the pieces include a cupra lining and NEEDLES’ signature embroidered butterfly on the chest.
Furthermore, the Cabana Shirt is fit for sunny days due to its open-collar style. Comprising the piece is a blue chambray fabric that is met with a floral-patterned white lace. The shirt’s style nods to UNION’s West Coast influences, while also harboring subtle details exclusive to NEEDLES.
The NEEDLES x UNION Miles Suit and Cabana Shirt is set to release on Friday, June 16 in-store and online at UNION Tokyo.
