Born X Raised Collaborates With Levi’s® on Indigenous Heritage-Filled Capsule
Paying tribute to the founder’s late father, Butch.

This year marks Levi’s® 150th denim anniversary, celebrating the occasion with a series of events and collaborations. The brand recently united with JJJJound for a celebratory capsule while tapping Hypebeast for an immersive “Issue 501®” zine.
For its next installment, Levi’s® is uniting with Los Angeles’ Born X Raised for a denim-focused offering paying tribute to its founder’s heritage. Spanto is a Californian birthed from a long line of Apache and Seneca relatives. His late father’s indigenous roots inspire the collection, channeled into Levi’s® 501 bottoms, trucker jackets, and tees.
The designs symbolize Butch’s watchful eyes, reflected onto indigo 501 denim with embellished angel illustrations and leather patchwork detailing. The jacket and T-shirt boast similar tribute graphics alongside Old English “Born x Raised In Loving Memory” lettering.
