Thundercat Announces 2023 “In Yo Girl’s City” Tour

This year is continuing to be jam-packed with tours as new ones are announced almost weekly. Coming into the fold now is Thundercat who has announced his 2023 In Yo Girl’s City tour.

The Los Angeles native’s tour is set to traverse North and South America with a total of 27 shows. The tour is set to kick off on August 5 in North America at the Newport Jazz Festival before hitting cities like St. Louis, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Brooklyn, Washington D.C. and more before wrapping the first leg on October 31 in Albuquerque. The South American leg will begin on November 8 in São Paulo before hitting other Brazilian cities. The tour will conclude on November 14 in Santiago, Chile.

This past April, Thundercat linked up with Tame Impala for a new track “No More Lies,” which also marked his first single since his 2020 album It Is What It Is.

Fans can sign up now for the artist pre-sale password before the general sale begins on Friday, May 5. Check out the full list of tour stops in the post above.

In other news, NBA YoungBoy becomes the youngest artist to log 100 entries on the Billboard Hot 100.
