Salvador Dalí's 'The Persistence of Memory' Decorates MoMA Design Store's Next BE@RBRICK Collaboration
The Spanish artist’s melting clocks receive a matte finish.
MoMA Design Store is teaming up with MEDICOM TOY for its sophomore BE@RBRICK release, projecting world-famous artists on the animal-shaped figure.
Following Vincent van Gogh‘s The Starry Night, MoMA Design Store has selected Salvador Dalí‘s The Persistence of Memory painting, which resides inside the museum. Offered in 100%, 400%, and 1000% sizes, the Spanish artist’s melting clocks decorate the offering in monogram style. In addition, The Persistence of Memory‘s laying horse, wooden table, and sunset background is mirrored onto the figures with a matte finish. Dalí’s surrealist identity is channeled at every point, reflecting MoMA’s extensive collection of legendary artwork.
