Bayern Munich and adidas Switch Things up for 2023/24 Home Jersey

Bayern Munich Football Club has just presented its new home jersey for the 2023/24 season and it celebrates the club’s connection to the colors of red and white.
Usually, the German super club plays the beautiful game in a predominately red jersey that’s complemented by speckles of white. Now, the club reinterprets its classic colors by revisiting its archive and updating its kit for the new season ahead. The new shirt is hit with a crisp white base that’s decked with bold red sleeves, nodding to Bayern’s first home kit worn by the team during the club’s debut season in Germany’s top division.
Further details come in the form of the message on the inside of the jersey’s collar that reads “Rot & Weiß ein Leben lang,” which is a translation of “red & white for life.” Meanwhile, the on-field iteration of the kit has been constructed using materials and textures that are made to keep players cool.
For example, adidas’ HEAT.RDY fabrication has been used to keep players comfortable, while the replica jersey includes AEROREADY technology, which uses sweat-wicking or absorbent materials to keep the body feeling dry. Both versions of the jersey are also made with 100% recycled polyester, continuing adidas’ ongoing commitment to help end plastic waste.

Additionally, the kit will be available to shop via the official adidas website and with Bayern Munich retail stores from May 17.
