WACKO MARIA Commemorates 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' in New Collaboration
Following up the 2022 capsule.
WACKO MARIA has dropped a new collaborative collection commemorating Tobe Hooper’s 1974 classic horror film, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
The new capsule is comprised of two types of Hawaiian shirts, both of which feature all-over patterns in two different colors. One offering arrives with with a massive poster against either a white or black background, while the other is designed with a Japanese poster collage in both colored and black and white, with red detailing sprawling across the shirt for a hint of contrast. This collab is relatively smaller than its March 2022 counterpart, which included items such as coach jackets, T-shirts, Hawaiian shirts, sweatshirts, tie-dye shirts, caps and socks.
Check out the capsule above. The WACKO MARIA x The Texas Chainsaw Massacre collection drops April 8 via the official WACKO MARIA brick-and-mortar stores, authorized dealers and the webstore for ¥44,000 JPY (approximately $335 USD) and ¥38,500 JPY (approximately $290 USD) tax-included.
