Another AI-Generated Drake Track Is Going Viral
Titled “Not A Game.”
Following the removal of the AI track Heart on My Sleeve featuring the voices of Drake and The Weeknd, another artificial intelligence-generated song featuring the voice of the Canadian rapper has surfaced. Titled “Not A Game,” the created track not only serves to replicate the sound of Drake but also the artist’s flow and subject matter for another faithful exploration of the emerging technology.
It is interesting to note, the lyrics for “Not A Game” were not generated by AI and have been recorded for a while now. The rap is taken from an acapella that was uploaded to Looperman, an audio resource website. The vocals have been used on an array of independent tracks found online and feature free usage rights for non-commercial purposes. Meanwhile, “Not A Game” features an altered beat created by producer Cedes that was listed for sale on the subscription-based music licensing platform BeatStars.
