Packer Teases Its Upcoming adidas FYW Intimidation Collaborations
Coming in “White/Gray” and “Black/Red” colorways.

While primarily known as a retailer for carrying a vast array of various streetwear labels and sportswear sneakers, Packer tends to make noise every year through its collaborative sneaker projects. Earlier this year, the New Jersey-based retailer linked up with Clarks Originals to do its own elevated interpretations of the famed Wallabee, and now it’s jumping back into the collaborative space to unveil a new project with adidas that involves the FYW Intimidation.
Victor Kan — head buyer at Packer — took the liberty of teasing the concise capsule on Instagram, revealing a duo of striking colorways. The first is done up with clean white mesh uppers and comes complemented by an off-white cage and muted gray collars. The tongues are dyed in solid black while a pop of yellow pokes out through its collar adidas logo. Its release sibling is fitted with a darker color scheme as the mesh underlays are splashed with a purple-gray hue and accompanied by charcoal cages. Faded burgundy suedes make up the collars and also sit adjacent to stealthy tongues and yellow Three Stripe branding. Both pairs are equipped with adiPrene cushioning units that mimic the shape of the adidas YEEZY 500.
More information surrounding this launch is expected to pop up in the coming weeks.
For other news, a trio of Sporty & Rich x adidas Sambas have been teased.
