KROST SS23 Plants Trees on Clothes — And Across the World
In partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects.
Mission-driven fashion label KROST wants to make a change through fashion.
With the goal of raising awareness surrounding societal issues including gun reform, climate change and food insecurity, the brand highlights the aforementioned causes in each of its collections through partnerships with impact-focused organizations. For Spring/Summer 2023, the imprint has joined forces with Eden Reforestation Projects, a nonprofit that works to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation in developing countries.
The collection reflects KROST’s desire to support the planet, with graphic prints featuring forest landscapes and geographic terrain on a nature-infused palette. Among the standouts, a zip-up jacket dons luscious greenery across its entire silhouette, and an oversized sweater similarly boasts a faded illustration. Meanwhile, a workwear-inspired top, which features a collar and two frontal pockets, hosts an abstract depiction of a natural habitat.
Notably, 5% of the proceeds from the entire collection will be donated directly to Eden Reforestation Projects. KROST previously partnered with the organization for their Fall/Winter 2019 collection, which ultimately supported the planting of more than 12,500 trees in six different countries.
The collection is now available to shop on KROST’s website, as well as at select retailers, with prices ranging from $75 USD to $395 USD. Take a look at the line in the gallery above.
